Tiffany Moon Weighs In on Chef Cloyce Martin’s Food: “You Could Tell…” (EXCLUSIVE)
Dr. Tiffany Moon shared her thoughts on Cloyce Martin’s culinary skills after her Below Deck Sailing Yacht charter.
It’s no secret that The Real Housewives of Dallas‘ Dr. Tiffany Moon has excellent taste. So, did she find the meals aboard Parsifal III up to her standards?
During Season 5, Episode 5 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, the crew was honored to have Tiffany as their primary charter guest alongside her husband, Daniel Moon. “We’ve got Tiffany and Daniel, a married couple from Dallas,” Captain Glenn Shephard said when sharing the news during a preference sheet meeting. “She’s a Real Housewife … they’re going to have high standards, for sure.”
In a post-travel email interview with The Daily Dish, Tiffany explained how the experience went — including what she thought about Chef Cloyce Martin’s cooking.
“The chef’s food was absolutely incredible! Every dish was beautifully presented, and you could tell there was so much thought and creativity behind each meal,” said the medical professional.
According to Tiffany, her favorite meal was the Japanese-themed dinner that Cloyce made.
“The flavors were incredible,” she said. “The chef went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s preferences.”
While Cloyce readily admitted he’s not a trained Japanese chef — and said during the episode that the meal could be “the worst thing he’d ever done” — he pulled it off. For the first course, he served prawn and crab avocado rolls. The main course was a miso-glazed sea bass, with rice that the guests said was “exploding with flavor.”
And even though that particular feast was her favorite, the anesthesiologist added that “there wasn’t a single meal that didn’t impress.”
