While it’s possible for Kyle to return to Below Deck Med season 10, he’s been doing just fine since exiting the series last season. According to Kyle’s Instagram, he has started a radio called Bold Decisions. The show is based in New York City, and Kyle just started doing it in July. Kyle was very grateful for the opportunity, and the job seems right up his alley. With Kyle doing a radio show in the city, this means Kyle has officially moved to the U.S. Before joining Below Deck Med, Kyle lived in South Africa, but now he’s living out the American dream.

Besides his bustling career, Kyle revealed he is three months sober in his Instagram bio. Kyle didn’t seem like much of a partier on Below Deck Med, but he clearly made this discussion to better himself; it seems to be working, as Kyle has only had amazing things happen to him since Below Deck Med season 8. 2024 is turning out to be Kyle’s best year yet.

Although some Below Deck Med fans criticized Kyle as lazy in Below Deck Med season 7, he made a strong impression on viewers during Below Deck Med season 8. While Kyle proved that he could be easily distracted and was willing to break some professional boundaries, the stew’s lively personality and unmatched confidence brought a breath of fresh air to both seasons 7 and 8. As for the series’ future, there’s no official word on Below Deck Mediterranean season 10 just yet, but in the meantime, Bravo fans can keep an eye on Kyle and his impending journey to the altar and his career.

Kyle Viljoen From Below Deck Med Season 7 Is An Influencer

While many Below Deck stars dedicate their online accounts to sharing yachting photos like Natasha, Kyle’s Instagram has portrayed him as more of a social media influencer since Below Deck Mediterranean season 7’s premiere. In addition to launching a Cameo in October, Kyle has used his newfound fame to collaborate with paid partnerships. Some include upstate New York’s World’s Largest Disco event and the popular hot sauce brand Tabasco.

Although the Below Deck personality has been busy traveling and exploring the bustling city life of NYC and attended BravoCon with his co-stars, Kyle was employed as a stew. Kyle went on to appear in Below Deck Med season 8 as a Stew under Tumi Mhlongo. However, he wasn’t asked back for Below Deck Med season 9.
